These terms and conditions apply to Namitupa and a user of the online store www.secretofsaltylicorice.com. By doing the purchase in the online store the customer accepts currently valid terms. Namitupa reserves the right to change the terms by announcing the changes in the online store.

Customer must be 18 years of age to place order, have an email address and phone number and provide details requested. It is customer´s responsibility to make sure that the details provided is accurate and up to date. Namitupa processes customer´s personal data as permitted and obligated by the currently valid legislation.
Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart in the online store and paying for them in the online store´s checkout. Payment happens via PayPal according to their valid terms and conditions. All the prices are in Euros (€). When products are purchased to European Union member countries, the prices include VAT 14%. Prices for orders outside the EU include VAT 0%. Customer is responsible for any custom charges, taxes or any other local costs.
You can calculate the shipping cost in the cart: cart total -> shipping -> calculate shipping -> choose the destination country -> click update.
Namitupa produces and packs the orders inside 1-5 working days from receiving the order.
Shipping time varies depending on the destination country. Postal delivery time estimates are following: nordic countries 3-5 working days, other parts of Europe 3-7 working days and other parts of the world 6-14 working days. Customer will receive a tracking code for the parcel as it is shipped.
Priority parcels are delivered to the recipient’s address in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia (to corporate addresses only), Liechtenstein, Lithuania (to corporate addresses only), Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the US. In other countries, the parcel is delivered to the recipient’s nearest postal outlet. The recipient will be notified of the arrival of the delivery. Post office box addresses cannot be used.
If the customer fails to collect the delivered product within a set period of time from the delivery location and has not informed Namitupa of their intention to exercise their right of cancellations, Namitupa is entitled to charge a fee from the customer equal to the delivery and return costs. If the customer wants to cancel the order, products must be returned un-opened to Namitupa. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org always before returning a parcel. Customer is responsible for the delivery and returning costs of the parcel.
If the product received is defected or damaged, contact immediately Namitupa customer service email@example.com. Namitupa is not responsible for the product defect which is resulted from Namitupa delivering the product according to the customer´s instructions to an address, where the circumstances do not fulfill the recommendations set on the shelf-life of the product. Products must be stored in dry place, room temperature. It is customer´s responsibility to transfer the products as soon as possible after the delivery to appropriate storage facilities.
Namitupa is not liable for a delayed delivery or other breach of agreement caused by force majeure.
